Operation Transparency

In implementation of Art.
15 – Transparency of Regional Law no.
23 of June 29, 2012 “Norms on social and health planning and approval of the Regional Social and Health Plan 2012 – 2016,” in order to ensure easy accessibility of information for users, the contractual agreements between the accredited private facility Hotel Terme Quisisana and ULSS no.
16 of reference regarding the services provided under accreditation and convention.

124, introduced a series of transparency obligations in the system of public disbursements, in addition to the disclosure requirements already in place.
They apply to companies that receive grants contributions, paid assignments and otherwise economic benefits of any kind from public administrations and entities treated as such.
These companies are required to publish these amounts in the Notes to the Financial Statements of the annual financial statements and the consolidated financial statements, or on their website or on the portal of their trade association to which they belong if they are required to prepare abridged financial statements, if the amounts exceed a total of 10,000.00 euros in the period under consideration.
In the case under consideration, during the year under review, in addition to what is listed in the National Register of State Aid in the Transparency section, to which express reference is made, only what was received by way of: – a non-repayable grant amounting to 95,923.00 euros pursuant to Art. 25 Decree Law 34/20 and Art. 1 Decree Law 137/20;
– of contribution for “sanitation bonus” in the amount of Euro 2,833.00 pursuant to Art. 125 L.D. 34/20;
– of employee social security contribution relief in the amount of 792.02 euros;
– Of zeroing the IRAP balance referred to the year 2019 amounting to Euro 13,540 ex art. 24 D.L. 34/20.
