Gourmet Gastronomy
In the dedicated room overlooking the garden, the breakfast buffet aims to satisfy your every desire.
The savory buffet with eggs, bacon and frankfurters, selection of sliced meats and cheeses, meets with the sweeter buffet, where brioches and bites, homemade tarts and “fugasse”, bread butter and jams, yogurt and cereals, fresh fruit and fruit salad, will give the right amount of energy to start a new day of vacation.
In addition to the “classic” hot beverages of coffee, tea and infusions, you have the option of serving yourself ginseng coffee, barley, American coffee, fresh fruit juices.
The breakfast room is located on the ground floor near the elevators and across from the Health Center.
You can also have breakfast in your bathrobe, perhaps in the waiting time between one treatment and the next, to take advantage of every moment of your vacation.
HOMEMADE DESSERTS
Some desserts are of our own making: from the tarts, plum-cakes and sweet buns typical of our area that you will find on the breakfast buffet to the tiramisu and spoon desserts we offer at the end of the meal.
In ourrestaurant room the menu varies daily; to welcome you in the room threebuffet islands for both lunch and dinner. One buffet is dedicated to vegetables, the second hosts fresh seasonal salads, while the third offerssweet temptations, desserts and fresh fruit. But if you wish sorbets and ice cream just ask your waiter-they will come straight from the kitchen!

It is no coincidence that our Maître is a wine expert: in an area where as many as 13 labels including whites and reds are DOC and DOCG, a good dish must be accompanied by a good glass of wine.

NOTE ON CLOTHING:
Vacation is more relaxing when experienced with respect for everyone.
For this reason, we ask gentlemen to avoid tank tops, shorts and flip-flops at restaurants, both lunch and dinner.
Decorations and furnishings were followed by our architects and interior designers who opted for a simple, modern and trendy environment.
The white metal wall that recalls in its carvings the old wisteria that used to cover the terrace, contrasted with the black & gold-colored wall that, with its particular finish, recalls tree bark, is particular.
Designed and built to allow guests to dine even in their bathrobes, Rocotillo offers two variations at lunch: the classic menu of the day or a rich a la carte menu, while in the evening it transforms into an intimate and romantic venue where by candlelight and background music you can enjoy our Seafood Menu.

The seafood dinner requires an advance reservation of at least 48hours.
Also brand new and designer is the Rocotillo Pool bar located between the Bistro and the outdoor pool, ideal for a quick snack or a relaxing aperitif.
