Stay information

• Rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival to 12 noon on the day of departure
• Access to the pools and spa will be allowed before check-in time or after check-out time for an additional charge of Euro 35.00 per person.
• In-room safes are not covered by insurance
• Waiver of meals included in the board or half board price does not entitle to a refund
• Drinks at meals are not included
• Note on clothing: the vacation is more relaxing when experienced with respect for everyone. For this reason, we ask gentlemen men to avoid tank tops, shorts and flip-flops at restaurants, both lunch and dinner
• Bathrobes and pool towels are available free of charge (unless otherwise arranged with various tour operators). For arrivals earlier than the scheduled time, bathrobes and pool towels will be provided upon delivery of the room, not before
• Swimming cap and slippers are required to access the pool

• Prices are per day per person and include our Services Included package, 10% VAT
• Tourist tax excluded
• Tourist tax: Euro 3.00 per person per day for a maximum of 7 nights
• Prices may change without notice
• Payment method: accepted all major credit cards (visa, american express, diners, mastercard…), checks, cash or bank transfer in advance

Conditions of cancellations In line with European standards and in the absence of other agreements:

• 0%: no cancellation fee for cancellations reported within 7 days of stay date
• 25%: twenty-five percent of the total booked for cancellations communicated 7 to 3 days before the date of stay
• Fifty percent: fifty percent of the total booked for cancellations communicated 3 days to 24 hours before the date of stay
• 100 percent: one hundred percent of the total amount booked for cancellations communicated after 24 hours from the date of stay
